Learning AI on your own from internet tutorials often ends in frustration or in generic prompting tricks that add no measurable value to your business. This workshop is a structured path with a clear goal: solve concrete problems in your company.
Entry level
You need to know how to use Claude at a functional level, or have used basic chats before.
Technical requirement
No programming is needed. Knowing how to use email and Excel is enough.
Exit level
Intermediate to advanced: you will work with Claude Projects, Artifacts, complex prompts and the orchestration of automations.
Your learning path
Session 1: Foundations and Projects
Set up a secure working environment. Design robust prompts and organize your company knowledge inside Claude Projects, using your own private data.
Session 2: Sandbox and Artifacts
Iterate quickly on code and build visual tools with Claude Artifacts. Create assistants and automated evaluation flows for your team.
Session 3: Automations and final projects
Build three real scenarios tailored to your company. You leave with working solutions installed in your daily workflow to recover useful time.
Where Claude makes a difference in your company
We work on five operational areas where Claude can improve productivity in a small or medium business in Spain. We design the examples with your own data and workflows.
- Customer support: answer recurring questions using your company knowledge base.
- Sales and data analysis: find margin leaks, seasonality and opportunities in your spreadsheets.
- Invoices, quotes and contracts: process long documents and support your back office.
- Marketing and corporate content: write in your own brand voice, using your best examples.
- Contract review: pre-filter NDAs, leases and terms before they reach a lawyer. Claude does not replace legal judgment.
Taught by José Antonio Díaz Infante
The workshop is led entirely by José Antonio Díaz Infante, CEO and founder of Matrits. He has spent his career leading technical teams and architectures in banking, telecommunications and retail in Spain. His teaching focuses on analytical thinking and on applying AI to the problems Spanish small businesses face every day: lack of time, administrative workload, sales and talent retention.
Groups are limited to a maximum of 15 professionals per session, so you can ask specific questions and get help with your own automations in real time.
Funding through FUNDAE
If your company has employees with a contract in Spain, it has the right to an annual training credit through FUNDAE, the Spanish state foundation for employment training. This workshop is eligible, and your company can subsidize part of the cost, depending on company size and available credit. We guide you through the process.
The investment starts at €600 per registration, depending on early-registration discounts. Think of it as a measurable return: recovering just three hours a week from administrative tasks pays for the workshop quickly.
